Processing Time:

When you place an order with us at TikTokgoodshop, we aim to process and ship it as quickly as possible. However, processing times may vary based on the volume of orders, stock levels, and other factors. Estimated delivery dates at checkout are based on the selected shipping option and do not account for potential processing delays before dispatch. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we will do our best to process and ship your order efficiently.

 

Delivery Estimates for Domestic Orders:

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:

Economy Shipping: 7-10 business days
Expedited Shipping: 4-7 business days

Please note that these delivery times vary based on location. Our free standard shipping on orders over $30 USD applies only to shipping within the United States. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or other U.S. territories may take longer than stated delivery times.

 

Delivery Estimates for International Orders:

Orders over $120 USD qualify for free standard international shipping. However, customers may be responsible for customs, duties, and tax fees based on their country. The shipping timeframe for international orders is 10-25 business days, but delivery dates and times cannot be guaranteed. Customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes. If you refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned to the U.S., a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you're unsure about customs fees, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

 

Misdelivered Packages and PO Boxes:

Please ensure you provide accurate and complete shipping addresses when placing your order. We are not liable for misdelivered packages due to incorrect addresses or shipments to PO Boxes. For international shipments, if a package is returned to us as "Return to Sender," customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges incurred for resending the package. Lost Packages:

We partner with reliable carriers to deliver our packages. In the event that your package is lost by the carrier, you may request a full replacement of your order, as long as the carrier certifies the lost status. To request a replacement, contact our customer support team at tk@tiktokgoodshop.com with your order number and any relevant information regarding the lost package. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer.
